Why I Wrote Flower Energy and How Flower RX Was Born

After I finished writing my book, Flower Energy, I was completely drained. Not tired. Drained on a cellular level. When you write something that comes straight from your soul, it empties you out in the most sacred way.

That’s when I heard my father’s voice whisper in my ear:
“Open a tea house. People will gather.”

So I listened.

What followed was a wild year. Tea parties. Dedication. Seven days a week of showing up. Holding space. Creating community. Our next tea party is February 5, and if you want to come, you’re more than welcome.

But people kept asking me:
What is flower energy? Why did you write this book? How did all of this even begin?

The truth is simple and radical:
I understood something about flowers that you couldn’t Google.
It lived in my body. In my brain. In my hands.

Years ago, I already had a flower subscription program running locally. During Covid, I was in Miami and met Grant Cardone. Sitting in a room with millionaires and billionaires, he looked at my flowers and said, “These are gorgeous. Where did you get them?”

I told him the truth.
“I picked them up from the wholesaler on my way here. I want you to give them to Elaine.”

That moment stayed with me.

Because I knew something most people didn’t fully understand yet:
Farm flowers and wholesale flowers are completely different beasts.

Wholesale is convenient.
Farm-direct is alive.

When flowers are fresher, their energy is stronger. More potent. More truthful. When I finally stood in the fields, it felt like a dream. That’s when I made a handshake deal with a farm to place my boxes directly on the land.

That was three years ago.

Last July, everything clicked. I developed a 12-month Flower RX series, each month intentional, devotional, spiritual, and mind-shifting. But I knew one thing had to be true for it to work:

I had to do it myself first.

Each month, I drop a new Flower RX box. Inside is flower medicine. You don’t know what you’re getting, and honestly, neither do I until days before it ships. The flowers arrive based on what the collective needs.

Every month has a theme.
Every stem is chosen to evoke, clear, strengthen, or activate something specific.

That’s why I call it medicine in a box.

When you touch the flowers, design with them, look at them, sit with them, and follow the prescription, clarity comes fast. The noise clears. The BS falls away. It’s scary because real clarity always is. But it’s also deeply rewarding.

Think about it.
You take Advil and in 15 minutes the pain shifts.
You talk to a therapist for an hour and feel lighter walking out.

One costs a few dollars.
The other can cost hundreds.

Flowers are different.

They stay with you. A week. Sometimes longer. You can design with them. Move them through your home. Put them by your bed. In your bathroom. On your counter. You can share them or keep them close.

It’s a lasting experience.

If you follow the prescription, things change. I know because I’m living it.

In my book, I wrote real prescriptions for real people. Little girls. Seniors. Strangers. People across the world. And I watched the shifts happen. Now, Flower RX is the collective version. Healing together.
