At Jenny Barker The Flower Doctor, we take great pride in providing the freshest, highest-quality flowers and plants. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
 • Issues with Your Order? Please inspect your flowers upon delivery. If you experience any issues, you must call us within 24 hours of delivery at 310-798-8113 so we can assist you.
 • No Refunds or Exchanges After 24 Hours – Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this window.
 • No Returns on Plants – All plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.
