Absolutely! We ship Monday through Thursday.
We're so excited to be delivering flowers for you. However, in order for us to monitor the orders for overnight shipping, we request to place your order no later than 1:00 pm for an overnight arrival. If you order after 1:00 PM there's a possibility that our grower won't be able to process the order for same-day shipment.
We understand the urgency that's why we try our very best to get the flowers there on time because you're important to us as our client.

We are open on Saturdays, with limited hours. However, if we're hired to do an event, we are open to extending hours for our clients.

You will get an email confirmation from us. (And hopefully a phone call from the recipient, thanking you for the beautiful flowers they just received!)
Our goal is to always be transparent and give you exactly what you see in the photo. However, sometimes inventory is out of our control either from mother nature or the growers themselves. We may have to substitute, but we try our best to get as close as possible to the flower energy or the style you see in the photo.

If the flowers are already in the shipping department, unfortunately, we can't cancel the order. If you ordered the same day, most likely we're preparing your box now. You can call us to see if we are able to cancel or not. Since we move so quickly, it is likely that we're unable to cancel.
