A Flower Prescription for Resilience, Grace & Growing Through Anything
September is here, and with a new month comes a brand-new Flower RX prescription.
This month’s theme is STRENGTH.
But strength doesn’t always mean pushing harder. Sometimes strength is staying soft. Sometimes it is quieting your mind, taking care of yourself, accepting what you cannot control and trusting that you will find a way to grow through whatever season you’re standing in.

That is the intention behind our September Flower RX Box.
Each flower in this month’s collection was intentionally selected not only for its beauty, but for the energy and meaning it brings into your space.
Your September Flower Prescription
Purple Lisianthus: Grace
Lisianthus has an elegant, almost delicate appearance, but don’t let its softness fool you. For this prescription, purple lisianthus represents grace. It reminds us that strength can be gentle. You don’t have to become hard to become strong.

Chamomile: Healing & Self-Care
Tiny but mighty, chamomile represents healing, calm and self-care, especially during times of anxiety or overwhelm. Its message is simple: caring for yourself isn’t something you earn after everything else is finished. It is part of how you remain strong.
Billy Balls: Discipline
Bright, structured and impossible to ignore, Billy Balls represent discipline. Strength isn’t created by one giant decision. It is built through the small promises you keep to yourself over and over again.
Keep showing up.
Lepidium: Finding a Way to Grow in Any Condition
This may be my favorite message of the September box.
Lepidium represents resilience and adaptability. It reminds us that conditions do not have to be perfect for growth to happen.
Life changes. Plans change. People change. Seasons change.
And still, you can grow.

Nigella: Quieting Your Mind
Nigella represents the power of creating stillness within yourself. When everything around you feels noisy, your strength may come from doing less rather than more.
Breathe. Get quiet. Listen.
Sometimes the answer arrives when we stop chasing it.
Green Amaranthus: Embracing the Unknown
With its beautiful cascading movement, green amaranthus represents embracing the unknown.
We aren’t supposed to know exactly how every chapter ends. There is strength in surrendering the need to control every detail and allowing life to surprise you.
September’s Mantra
“I adapt. I rise. I keep growing. My strength comes from within.”
Say it while you’re arranging your flowers.
Write it somewhere you’ll see it.

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and actually feel the words rather than simply reading them.
That is what Flower Energy is all about.
Flowers aren’t just something beautiful to put on the table. I believe they can become visual reminders of what we are calling into our lives.
This September, every time you see your arrangement, I want it to remind you:
You can be graceful and strong.
You can rest and still move forward.
You can enter the unknown without fear.
You can grow without perfect conditions.
And perhaps most importantly, the strength you’re looking for may already be inside you.
Welcome to September.
Your prescription is STRENGTH.
With love,
Jenny Barker
