1. How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply browse our collection of flowers and arrangements, select your desired product, choose any customization options, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon, review your order, and proceed to checkout by following the on-screen instructions.
2. Can I customize a flower bouquet?
Yes, we offer customization options for many of our bouquets. Check out our The Flower Prescription page.
3. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order number and the items you have purchased. If you do not receive this email within a few hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Arrange your private class by calling our shop to choose the day and time that works for you. Our monthly public classes are also available for enrollment. Surprise yourself or someone special by including Jenny's favorite tool kit as a gift with your flower arrangement.
The e-gift card for the flower class will be delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Take home your lovely design and learn the style, energy, emotion, and advice on how to create "The Magic" to understand what flowers are and why. You get to spend 1 full hour playing.
We will provide all the needed supplies for the arrangement. Please bring your own tools if you have them. We also have Jenny's Tool Kit that you may purchase as an add-on if you don't have your own yet.
