For over 30 years, I’ve been living, breathing, and designing with flowers. My journey as a floral designer has never been about “just making pretty arrangements”—it has always been about listening to the emotional state of both the flowers and the people who receive them.

Flowers as Emotional Messengers
Flowers hold stories. They carry emotions that words often cannot capture. A single stem of a rose, lily, sunflower, or protea has the power to heal, celebrate, uplift, or console. When I design, I don’t just see petals, stems, and colors—I feel energy. The flowers speak. They tell me how they want to be placed, what they’re meant to say, and how they’ll land in the heart of the recipient.

Each bloom is on a journey—from the farms where they are carefully grown, to my design table, and then finally into the hands of someone who needs them. And in that moment of arrival, flowers deliver more than beauty—they deliver presence, love, apology, gratitude, or encouragement.

The Artist Through the Flowers
As a designer, I’ve learned that every bouquet reflects not only the flowers’ essence but also the artist’s spirit. My hands might be arranging roses, but my heart is weaving in compassion, joy, or peace. Each arrangement is an energy exchange—between me, the flowers, and the person who receives them.

Why People Call Me
Over the decades, I’ve had the honor of being the “go-to florist” for so many. People call me because they trust me to translate their emotions into flowers. Whether it’s:
• A romantic gesture
• An anniversary celebration
• A “get well soon” design
• A bouquet for someone recovering from illness or even clearing cancer
• An “I’m sorry” arrangement
• Or flowers to honor the memory of a loved one

Every piece I design is a prescription for the soul—a Flower RX that delivers what is most needed in that moment.
The Timelessness of Flowers
Flowers are timeless because they meet us exactly where we are. They celebrate life’s highs, comfort us in lows, and remind us that beauty and love are always within reach. For me, being a designer for 30 years has been a sacred calling. Flowers are not just decoration—they are medicine, frequency, and messengers of the heart.

So the next time you receive flowers, pause for a moment. Feel their message. They are speaking directly to you.
