I’m Back — And My Heart Is Overflowing

I’m back, and I woke up so excited today.
No joke — I was literally doing my hair, getting ready for work, when my phone buzzed...

And there it was — a message from one of my most favorite humans on this planet.
You know those people who just radiate joy?
When you see them, or hear from them, you instantly smile… because they’re already smiling?

That’s her. Pure light. Pure soul.

She’s the woman who encouraged me to step into deeper purpose and led me to the University of Santa Monica, where I began my Masters in Spiritual Psychology. A journey that cracked my heart open and aligned me with my calling — flowers as medicine, beauty as healing, presence as power.

And her incredible husband?
A powerhouse in his own right — educator, demonstrator, speaker, leader in neurology + beauty with L’Oréal.
A true force of wisdom and creativity.

Last year, the three of us came together for something magical.
We filled a room — overflowing energy, overflowing hearts — teaching artists and hairdressers how to deepen creativity through flower connection, teamwork, and emotional energy awareness.

I got on stage and shared the Flower Medicine philosophy…
and everyone felt it.
Petals, presence, power, peace.
The room bloomed.

But the most meaningful part wasn’t on stage —
it was what happened after.

Every single flower from that event — armfuls and armfuls —
was delivered to Little Company of Mary Hospital.

We visited the rooms of patients who didn’t have visitors.
We hand-delivered bouquets to nurses and top-tier healthcare angels who deserved to be seen and appreciated.
We smiled, we hugged, we cried, we witnessed.
At least 40 souls received flowers that day — and the halls felt brighter, softer, lighter.

We sprinkled that hospital with love.
We left petals like prayers.
And we walked out knowing beauty is medicine when shared with intention.

And now…
we’re doing it again.
Let the magic begin.
I’m back, and it feels divine.

Huge loving shout-outs:

Thank you for believing in this vision and being part of its expansion. Let’s go sprinkle more joy into the world — one petal, one breath, one beautiful moment at a time.

Love,
Jenny — The Flower Doctor
