One of the most meaningful moments in this Flower Prescription journey happened in New York, when I had the honor of designing flowers with Ricki Lake.

There we were, surrounded by stems, texture, color, laughter, and pure flower energy. It was not just about making something beautiful. It was about feeling the flowers, choosing with intention, and allowing the arrangement to become a reflection of the heart.

This is exactly what The Flower Prescription is all about.

Flowers are not random to me. Every stem has a message. Every color carries energy. Every arrangement becomes a prescription for what the soul is asking for in that moment.

In New York, working side by side with Ricki, I felt the truth of this program come alive in such a powerful way. The flowers became a conversation. They opened joy. They softened the room. The Flower Prescription was created from years of listening to flowers, studying their energy, and using them in my own life to clear fear, build confidence, find peace, and stay grounded through change.
