A Little Girl Dream… Now on the Shelves at Target

There are moments in life that feel so surreal, you have to pause and breathe them in.

Today is one of those moments for me.

I am beyond excited to share that Flower Energy is officially going to be distributed at Target—in stores and online. This means that when you walk into Target, head to the book section, and browse the shelves… you will actually see my book sitting there. My heart still can’t quite believe it.

Growing up, I was that little girl who walked the aisles of Target imagining what it would be like to create something that could be sold in a store like this. I dreamed of building something meaningful, something beautiful, something that could touch people’s lives. I imagined products, designs, experiences… but never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that one day it would be a book—my story, my work, my heart.

And now, here we are.

Target has nearly 2,000 stores across the United States, along with a powerful online presence that reaches people everywhere. To know that Flower Energy will be available to so many people through one of the biggest national retailers in the world is humbling, emotional, and incredibly exciting.

My book officially releases on March 17, and knowing that readers will be able to walk into Target, browse the shelves, and discover Flower Energy feels like a full-circle moment. It’s not just about a book—it’s about a dream that started in a little girl’s heart and slowly, intentionally, lovingly grew into something real.

So today, I want to say thank you.
Thank you, Target, for believing in this project.
Thank you for supporting new voices, creativity, and stories rooted in meaning and beauty.
Thank you for helping make a lifelong dream come true.

I am so grateful, so proud, and so ready to share this book with the world. If you’ve ever had a dream that felt too big, too far away, or too unlikely—let this be your reminder that sometimes, with faith, passion, and a lot of heart, dreams really do land right on the shelf.

With endless gratitude,
Jenny Barker
